All young people empowered to realize their reproductive health and rights

All young people, especially girls and young women, are empowered to realize their reproductive health and rights in societies that are positive towards diverse and unique ways of expression adopted by their youth. (Long term impact) By realizing the dire need to raise awareness among young people regarding their reproductive health and rights and providing them with adequate information and skills through Life Skills Based Education (LSBE) GUSO will not only enable them to make informed choices, but also remove barriers that hinder their access to Youth-Friendly Health Services.

LIFE SKILLS - Abilities for adaptive and positive behavior, that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life.

Life Skills Based Education - Teaching generic life skills & their practice in relation to major health and social problems that include Decision making, Problem solving, Creative thinking, Critical thinking, Effective communication, Interpersonal relationship skills, Self-awareness, Empathy, coping with emotions, coping with stress.
